Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days after your order date.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We stand behind the quality of our products and will do everything we can to replace your product or offer you a refund.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, Penguino Travel will be responsible for the shipping costs for your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To be eligible for a return, you must return your products in their original packaging within 30 days of your order date. All of the products inside the box must be unused. We will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not refund shipping costs if your order is not delivered in time for travel.
- We do not refund shipping costs if you are unable to use a product on a trip due to a third party, such as an airline.
- Please enter your address correctly. The cost of resending or replacing a product due to an error in the address will be your responsibility.
- If you return a product that had free shipping on the original order, an additional $8 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping costs.
To begin a return, email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with instructions. We can provide you with a prepaid return label for easy returns.
Plane Pal Returns
The list of airlines that approve the use of Plane Pal is provided from the Plane Pal company. While we do our best to keep this list up to date, we have found that airline policies change frequently and use onboard is at the discretion of the staff.
Before ordering a Plane Pal, we recommend that customers contact their airline to check that they do not prohibit the use of the product onboard. Penguino Travel cannot be held responsible should your airline refuse use of the Plane Pal.
